Don't use Myriad / Frutiger as the font (it is the standard font in Illustrator and far too over used). Try Helvetica Neue if you want to go for an iPhone feeling. If you want a realistic oldskool Nokia interface font try http://www.urbanfonts.com/fonts/Nokia_Cellphone.htm
The screen size for the Nokia NFC devices is 240 x 320 pixels, use that in your templates.
Try to get away from the 'thin line' borders, it looks like you're using 1pt borders everywhere. Move towards solid colours I think, much more glanceable/usable on a mobile device.
Can you be a bit bolder with your colours cheme? If this is for the 'credit crunch' generation then perhaps this is a bit too 'executive'. Could you try a bit more 'ringtone culture'?
